At LootHunt.in we want you to shop with confidence. This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how you can return an item and receive a refund or replacement. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

7-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number).

How to Start a Return

Contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact page or the “Chat on WhatsApp” button, with your order number and clear photos of the item. Our team will review your request and share return instructions. Please do not ship anything back before your return is approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. In these cases we arrange a free replacement or refund and cover return shipping.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For returns that are not due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (for example, you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item), the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, or an equivalent return-shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used, including personal-care and grooming items, innerwear, and consumables, as well as any item marked “non-returnable” on its product page. Free gifts and promotional items are non-returnable. Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible.

Refunds

As we operate primarily on Cash on Delivery, approved refunds are issued by bank transfer or UPI to the account details you provide, after we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of inspection. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and is subject to this policy.

Refused or Undelivered COD Orders

Refusing a Cash on Delivery order at the door is not a return and does not entitle you to any payment. Repeated refusals may affect your eligibility for COD on future orders.
