This Shipping Policy explains how LootHunt.in processes, ships, and delivers orders across India. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you by phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery details before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be delayed or cancelled.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 3–8 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Metro and Tier-1 cities are usually faster; remote and Tier-2/Tier-3 areas may take a little longer. These are good-faith estimates and not guaranteed timelines.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping across India on all orders. There are no hidden delivery charges.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on most serviceable pincodes across India. You pay in cash to the courier at the time of delivery, so please keep the exact order amount ready. We reserve the right to limit or decline COD for certain pincodes or after repeated failed or refused deliveries.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we send a tracking number by SMS, email, and/or WhatsApp so you can follow its progress. Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking to activate.
Correct Address & Availability
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number, or the recipient being unavailable. If a shipment is returned to us for these reasons or due to a refused COD delivery, any re-shipment will be subject to a fresh shipping arrangement.
Delays Outside Our Control
Delivery timelines may be affected by courier delays, weather, strikes, regional restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We work to resolve such issues promptly but are not liable for delays caused by these circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a suitable resolution (such as a replacement) in line with our Refund & Return Policy.
Failed or Refused Deliveries
If a COD order is refused at delivery or is repeatedly undeliverable, it will be returned to us. Repeated refusals may affect eligibility for Cash on Delivery on future orders.
